Password Filter DLL
Introduction
'PasswdHk' is a Microsoft windows NT/2000/later password filter
DLL. When registered in the Windows operating system, this DLL
allows a system administrator to make a specific action when any user is
about to change his or her password, or after they have changed their
password. This DLL can thus be used as part of a single account
sign-on system, allowing Windows password changes to be sync'ed with
external databases.
